Makyee was built to simplify property transactions. Our mission is to empower users to buy and sell properties without relying on brokers, saving time, effort, and costs.
We envisioned a user-friendly platform where:

My Role as CTO
As CTO, my role extends beyond writing code or overseeing development. I am the technical architect, strategist, and mentor for our team. Here’s how I approach the challenges:
1. Building a Scalable and Secure Platform
In a highly sensitive domain like real estate, scalability and security are paramount. I led the transition from custom old technologies and frameworks to modern and world-class software products to ensure our platform is not only scalable but also secure and efficient.
2. Leading Innovation
One of my proudest moments as CTO has been planning and integrating features like property listing promotion in our Makyee mobile app, offering users unique ways to gain visibility.
3. Managing the Technical Team
Guiding a global team with varying levels of expertise is part of the challenge. I ensure every team member feels valued and confident in their contributions. My goal is to cultivate a culture of learning and collaboration.
4. Developing New Features
To keep Makyee competitive, we continuously innovate. One of our upcoming features, Makyee Academy, will serve as an educational hub for users to learn about the platform and industry trends through short, engaging videos.
